Thanks to high end boutique hotels north of Houston, Whole Paycheck, and the New Museum, the wave of mutilation on the Bowery continues in haste (cue the Pixies). It’s time to bid farewell to yet another fossil of the downtown restaurant supply industry, 263 Bowery.
