Last week, obstructive scaffolding was finally removed from the building housing both Duane Reade and Ludlow Fitness. Now, after two years behind bars, sweaty treadmillers are in plain view to all on Delancey. Nevertheless, its removal is still an aesthetic victory for the neighborhood.
