38 Delancey Showing Skin
Since our update last month, work at 38 Delancey is quietly progressing beneath its dark veil of scaffolding. As we speak, the erector-set skeleton is finally showing some skin. The new brown-hued outer layer currently being installed definitely resembles nearby sky-scraping compatriot, Ludlow Residence.
