Early yesterday afternoon, Sooner superstar Blake Griffin was spotted at the Cage near West Fourth Street. Dressed in a Subway jersey and towering above all other players on the court, his presence appeared to be little more than a public relations stunt to announce this most recent endorsement. Indeed, in his own words:
Glad to be a part of the subway family. Tomorrow [6/23] at west 4th street courts i will be playing someone in horse come check it out.
Join me Noon tomorrow [6/23] at the Cage in NYC. Playing a game of S-U-B-W-A-Y, a la H-O-R-S-E with Jared, I’ll pick 1 person to play with me.
