McSam Delancey Demolition Nearly Complete

Just over a week later, the razing of 148-154 Delancey is nearly complete. In the wake of all the demolition, there is now an unobstructed view of the prominent JARE NEXT tag. But alas, that graffiti, like the adjacent tenement windows, will soon be masked by a six-story McSam Holiday Inn.

Thanks for the hotel, Sam. Lord knows the neighborhood needs another.
