Brace yourselves, Bowery folk. A new 27-story tower is in the works for 50 Bowery. The project will reportedly be a mixed-use condo/hotel monstrosity – “a four-story base for assorted uses and, above that, 12 middle stories holding 99 hotel rooms and 63 apartments in the top 11 stories.” [Curbed]
