Now two years on, we finally have a more complete visual of 38 Delancey (corner of Forsyth Street). In the last few days, large portions of the scaffolding were removed from the building, further revealing its tri-tone brown hues and trendy balcony boxes. The skyscraping complex will house commercial space in its first three floors, and over of fifty condo units high above.
