Last night, a pair of workers was busy renovating the interior of 403 Grand Street, former home of Cards and Gifts. Gates were open, as was the main door, revealing the progress to date. While taking a break, both men informed us that Grand Spa, located just down the strip at 389 Grand Street, will reportedly take over the space upon completion. The move no doubt marks an upgrade from its current corner facility deep in the shadow of Seward Park Housing.

The interior is being designed by Giants in the Dirt, also behind Fontana’s and Moo Shoes.
