Toynbee Tile on Grand Street

Thanks to a neighborly tip from @MishCam, we learned yesterday that a second Toynbee tile has surfaced on the Lower East Side. This particular one is situated in the middle of Grand Street just east of Essex, and is against “media’s iron fist in society.”
