Details are now available on The Stanton, a new eight-story luxury rental building at the corner of Stanton and Ridge Streets.  There are fifty-two units available, with studios starting at $1,950, 1BRs at $2,450 and 2BRs at $3,500.  Does Karl Fischer really believe he can fetch that? [Curbed]
