Cuban Refugee with a Message
Roughly once a month, regardless of weather conditions, it’s quite common to see an older gentleman stoically standing outside the Germania Bank Building at the corner of Bowery and Spring Street. He usually holds a fluorescent piece of oaktag with a rather vague message.

When we ask the ultimate goal of his activism, he politely shrugs away without answering. These photos were taken last Friday morning.

To: Senior Citizens Buildings Administration.
See if there are in buildings for senior citizens persons with arrest records on charges of extortions, armed robbery, drug possessions, attempted murder, opening door of private houses to steal etc.
