136 Ludlow to Open as Comfort Inn Hotel
For too long, 136 Ludlow has sat vacant. Just waiting for the inevitable reveal. But few expected this bombshell. Curbed is now reporting that the new building is opening as a Comfort Inn come June 1! It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Hotels, hotels, how we really need more of you in the neighborhood.

And apparently, the Lower East Side is “across from the United Nations.” According to the official description:
