Coming Soon: Salon 94 Bowery at 243 Bowery

Because there aren’t enough galleries on the Bowery already, what’s one more?  Beginning May 15, the on-again-off-again storefront at 243 Bowery (corner of Stanton) will become part of the Salon 94 mini-empire.  Salon 94 Bowery joins the three-year-old Salon 94 Freemans as their second Lower East Side gallery location, and third citywide.  The trifecta, if you will.

According to the press release, the inaugural exhibition will feature painter/photographer Richard Prince and his new “T-shirt Paintings.”
