New Visual of Future Slipper Room at 167 Orchard

Demolition of the one-story 167 Orchard Street, which began last month, seems to be in its final stages.  Next up is the construction of a new headquarters for the Slipper Room.  And thanks to a new rental banner affixed to the scaffolding, we now have a clear idea of what to expect.

Based on the visual pitch, the ground level real estate is being touted as a “prime corner branding opportunity.”  Using this logic, it would appear that the Slipper Room will only occupy the second floor, while some boutique-ish tenants likely move in below.
