Sheldon Silver’s Mobile District Office in Ahearn Park
Members of Assemblyman Sheldon Silver’s Mobile District Office made their annual trip to Ahearn Park, at the corner of East Broadway and Grand Street yesterday afternoon. Residents let the speaker’s representatives know what issues they face in the neighborhood and get information that may be useful to them or their fellow neighbors.

Some of the issues raised included the uncleanliness of certain buildings on East Broadway and Montgomery Street and the lines of people waiting to recycle their bottles and cans at the Fine Fare on Clinton Street. Representatives also distributed flyers and pamphlets detailing changes to the MTA’s bus and train routes.
