I Just Want My Pants Back to Air on MTV
A new NYC-centric television series called I Just Want My Pants Back is currently on the horizon at MTV. The half-hour comedy is based on the novel of same name by David J. Rosen, who also wrote the pilot episode.

Much like the book, the show focuses on the plight of twenty-somethings in the big city. Here is a blurb from the press release:
I Just Want My Pants Back is about young 20-somethings who try to make a life for themselves in New York City. Although they haven’t quite found their career paths yet, they find they’re pretty good at dating and enjoying their carefree life.
Given the nature of the series, and the obvious target demographic, scenes in the East Village and Lower East Side are highly likely. Keep your eyes peeled…and water balloons ready.
