Mario’s Pizza Still Celebrating Grand Opening at 147 East Houston
What, pray tell, is the statute of limitations on a “grand opening” type promotion? While $3 for two slices is a pretty good deal in itself, Mario’s Pizza at 147 East Houston has been open for almost a full year. Perhaps it’s time to ditch the theatrics.

Or management can just keep taping new prices onto the announcement board as they see fit. And on an unrelated note, as Fork in the Road noted back in July, the Mario Brothers character in the signage was removed and blacked out. It was copyright infringement of the highest degree.
