Coming Soon: Pull-In Underwear at 259 Bowery
The high-brow boutique culture pervading the upper Bowery has finally traversed the East Houston threshold in full force. However, there is already a noticeable uptick in boutique retailers since the new year began. Freitag just launched its tarp-driven shop o’ bags at 1 Prince Street, and Dagny & Barstow is making headway in Lenny Kravitz’s former Kos space at 264 Bowery.
