Pip-Squeak Chapeau is the brainchild of local fashion veteran Sveta Dresher, and appeals to the fashionista and her daughter by offering collections for women and girls alike.  Much of her product – clothes, accessories, home textiles – is handcrafted “in small editions in Brooklyn NY from 100% natural yarns and fabrics.”  Dresher has plenty of experience in the field, having provided trendy children’s lines to Barney’s and other high-end kids stores for the better part of the last decade.

The brand name translates into “kids hats,” and was allegedly inspired by an old French tale.
