Bondi Road Celebrating 5 Years with Shark Roast
Seriously, who ever heard of a shark roast? Especially here on the concrete isle of Manhattan. Well, now you have. Indeed, leave it to five-year-old Lower East Side eatery Bondi Road to be the first. The Australian-themed eatery, located at 153 Rivington Street, is celebrating its half-decade milestone with some shark. They’re gonna need a bigger boat for sure!

The shark spit roast will begin at 3 pm on Sunday. Patrons can swing by to sample the sea fare, beer, and wine, all on the house.
