We can now confirm that Little Muenster opens at 100 Stanton Street next Tuesday, November 1. (What, no little monsters for Halloween?). Aside from grilled cheese, soups, and salads, the culinary newcomer is offering a forward-thinking delivery concept to prevent soggy sandwiches. That of the DIY Holland-based Toastabag, which is an uncooked sandwich that slides right into the toaster. All bags in this so-called “kit” are reportedly reusable.

According to Thrillist, the space at 100 Stanton will feed thirteen customers onsite, surrounded by an in-progress decor described as “New English Kitchen.” Meanwhile, teaser posters currently occupy the windows.
