One enterprising steak salesman spent Saturday afternoon driving up Orchard Street offering “fresh” bovine bits to pretty much everyone in his path. No joke. This apron-wearing dude, friendly as can be, approached pedestrians, walked into commercial businesses, and even solicited the mailmen behind Knickerbocker Post Office. We lost sight of him north of Hester. Were you one of the few offered the assorted selection of cuts?
