Jumper Stopped from Alfred Houses on Madison
That’s the word on the street from numerous eyewitnesses. And the explanation for the NYPD chopper buzzing overhead for the last half hour.
Apparently cops arrived in time and saved the man from jumping to his death from an upper window in the Alfred Smith houses on Madison Street. Police presence is starting to dwindle as we speak.
