Fans were in a tizzy last week when the Fame Monster leaked a self-photo of her latest forearm tattoo alongside the caption, “new art, new album.” Yesterday, mere days after the tease, the 26-year-old singer confirmed the news to her 27.8 million Twitter followers by clarifying the correct spelling of the record title.
