Roadwork in the intersection of Bowery and East Houston is nothing short of epic, with much of the actual activity transpiring during the weekend off-peak hours. Just the latest chapter in the story of the near decade-old Houston headaches. Since the reconstruction here is in it for the long haul, Community Boards 2 and 3 are pooling efforts, and holding an informational session about regarding timeline, noise, and overal plans.
