Pink Pony Now Sports Leasing Sign & Listing

Here and now – the Pink Pony space is officially on the market, roughly one month after closing shop for good. A small leasing sign was affixed above the security gate a couple days ago. Looks like CB Richard Ellis is repping the commercial property at 176 Ludlow Street.
In the days following our exclusive report that the Ludlow veteran folded, we learned that the landlord increased the rent by $6,000 to $20,000 per month. But apparently the price is still pseudo-negotiable for the 3,000 square-foot slice of real estate, as evidenced by this new CBRE online listing.
This one still hurts.
