Sidewalk Planter Art Strikes Back on Forsyth Street

The city destroyed his art, but that ain’t stopping the Forsyth florist of faux. Damn the man, save the empire.
Over a year ago, the Parks Department forcibly dismantled his randomly-assembled public art projects, much to the chagrin of some in the community. It was always an interesting display of ornaments, plants, and toys; a visual cocktail of craziness. Reason for removal at the time was possible harm to the tree.
Since then, however, the artist has slowly (nay, slyly) rebuilt. Rather than fish tanks and random dolls, there are fake flowers and a green cast of a dirt mound.
