Bridge Gallery on Orchard Ends Its Run

Once upon a time, 98 Orchard was Bridge Leather, which apparently began life in 1950 (if the marquee is to be trusted). In more recent times, however, this storefront became known as the Bridge Gallery, offering an eclectic rotation of art projects. For instance, remember that SOFTlab installation a few years ago?
But now the gallery glory days are in the past. The dreaded leasing signs now sit in the window, fishing for potential occupants. We hear that the Bridge folks, who also own the building itself, decided to hang up the business in light of personal issues.
The more pressing question, though, is what will happen to that awesome sign in the door?
