McNally Jackson’s ‘Goods for the Study’ Store Opens on Mulberry Street Today

McNally Jackson is one of the last independent bookstores in the area, and a neighborhood treasure at that. So it’s heartening to see that the Prince Street business expanding around the corner.
It is here at 234 Mulberry that owner Sarah McNally is opening a satellite outpost called the McNally Jackson Store. Headquartered in the former Project 234 space, the 400 square-foot retail operation sells exactly what you might think – higher-end office supplies, both new and vintage, from around the world. Or, “goods for the study,” as the byline suggests. However, according to Publisher’s Weekly, top brass is expecting brisk online sales, with a separate website dedicated to the brand.
