The seasonal seafood shack is back after an extended hibernation.
Within the last couple weeks, the Alexander Olch boutique accessories pop-up shop ended its temporary stay at 77 Delancey. Grey Lady is gearing up to reopen its Nor’East Clam Shack in the adjoining space to the popular restaurant. Newspaper clippings have been in the front windows for days. We are told that soft launch is tomorrow.
Upon relaunch, customers can expect the same seafood fixins – oysters, clams, shrimp, smoked salmon plates, Jonah crab cocktail and claws, whole sea urchin, uni crudo, dungeness crab, and lobster cocktail. Grey Lady will also serve its own house chowder and gazpacho, alongside Sullivan Street breads. Libations include champagne, white wine, rose, and suds from Cisco Brewery.
Nor’East will also sport four tables of sidewalk dining for patrons.
