Buildings on the Bowery are fetching more these days.

Last week, a report surfaced that 325 Bowery recently changed hands for $9.25 million. The 6,800 square-foot corner property at East Second Street is presently home to Peels on the ground level. Atlas Capital Group LLC purchased the asset from the ambiguous 325 Bowery Development LLC.

RKF Investments, which currently reps a bevy of Bowery properties nearby, helped broker the sale. Said Senior Director Brian Segall, “The Bowery continues to be one of the most active markets for new sales and retailleasing in Manhattan,” said Segall of RKF. “We only expect demand to increase in the coming months and years as the Bowery continues to evolve.”
