The Butcher’s Daughter Expanding Next Door to 166 Elizabeth

Heather Tierney of Apotheke fame opened the Butcher’s Daughter last November at 19 Kenmare. Often busy during the morning rush, it’s a juice bar and veggie eatery which also carries a beer and wine license and sidewalk dining. And now, at barely one-year-old, the company is expanding its somewhat antiseptic footprint.
We are told that the Butcher’s Daughter recently annexed the adjacent storefront at 166 Elizabeth Street as a quick-serve premises. It’ll soon become a juice stand for take-away customers. Interior buildout has been ongoing for several weeks, matching the aesthetic of its parent next door. Yesterday even brought some fruit deliveries to the address. Opening date is still an unknown at this point, but shouldn’t be long now…
