Custom Gold Bike Cruising on Orchard Street

While on a deli run this weekend, this tricked-out customized gold bike stopped us in our tracks. We couldn’t get much info out of the owner due to a language barrier, but he whipped out a smart phone (the great equalizer) and showed us pics of other bikes that he had created. They were similar styles, but in silver (all of his versions had trippy velvet seats, too). Looks like he made the gold version just for himself. We gleaned that he was from California, and that was about it. Anyone else have info about this guy?
