The 16-key boutique hotel at 119 Orchard Street is nowhere near completion, but that’s not stopping RKF from pitching the ground level real estate. Just as the truck-bound cranes installed some skyscraping ironwork, subtle leasing signage also made an appearance.

Both the below-grade ground level and basement, collectively 3,646 square-feet, are up for grabs. Let’s face it, there’s probably only one type of establishment to take over here. A bar. In a resolution area.

The listing conveniently name-checks businesses that aren’t even in place yet. Like Soho House, Whynot Coffee, and Artichoke Pizza.

Cost is not listed, natch.

Speaking of 119 Orchard Street, the forthcoming hotel racked up another three DOB stop work order citations a couple weeks ago. This time around, there’s electrical work without a permit and safety issues with the “safety net.” It seems to have been remedied, though.
