Community Board 3 just unveiled the SLA subcommittee agenda for the month of December. In the nick of time, too, before everyone jet-sets for Thanksgiving. Here are some highlights…

  • The new seafood spot that replaced Ha’chi, Claw Daddy’s, is applying for full liquor. The restaurant opened last Saturday.
  • The Con Artist Collective seeks wine and beer for its new facility at 119 Orchard Street, presumably for its ongoing gallery events.
