This Penguin Sits Behind the Wheel of a Dodge Dart on Fourth Street

This is hilarious. The other day, we spotted this Dodge Dart jalopy parked on East Fourth Street, carrying with it a very special driver and wingman. Penguin and owl respectively; a match made in animal heaven. Not many passersby seem to notice its presence here … all the better.
However, a quick Google search reveals that this display has been here since at least this past June. Not too shabby.
