Cube 63 Sushi on Clinton is Closed, Promises to Reopen Sunday

Cube 63 on Clinton Street closed for the Thanksgiving holiday and didn’t reopen. Its outgoing voice message until yesterday was that it would return for business on December 4. No dice. The sushi spot remains closed, but the current message to callers is an apology-ridden explanation that service will resume next Sunday (December 14).
No reason given for the closure. Although, a sign on the security gate carries the simple announcement – “Back soon.”
This is familiar territory for Cube 63. The restaurant abruptly closed in September 2010, but reopened three months later.
