Tonight: Seminar on Rent Stabilization Around the East Village and Lower East Side

Those wanting to learn more about rent stabilization and the like should take note. Tonight (6pm-8pm), The Actors Fund, Cooper Square Committee, Fourth Arts Block, and La MaMa present a two-hour seminar that addresses rent stabilization and privately-owned, government subsidized housing city-wide. There will be a particular focus on artist housing within the Lower East Side/East Village. Should make for an interesting meeting.
