Glass cases are stocked and pizza boxes stacked. As of last night, 87 Allen (aka 277 Broome) is now officially the second outpost of Williamsburg Pizza. It’s currently in soft-open mode. This spinoff location – owned and operated by Hotel Chantelle proprietor Kyle O’Brien and Aaron McCann – had been in the works since last July when we first broke news of its arrival.
Like the OG location across the bridge, the interior decor sports plenty of exposed brick and tiled floors. We are told an awning is coming soon, but that it might stray from the red pinstripes of its sibling.

And as of publication, Williamsburg Pizza has not yet filed a booze application with either Community Board 3 or the State Liquor Authority. But that will probably change in the coming months.
