Now at 20, Kropps and Bobbers Relocates to 15 Clinton Street

Kropps and Bobbers has finally found a new permanent location on the Lower East Side. Last summer, the longtime hair-cutters moved from their six-year Ludlow Street perch back to Orchard. They shared a space inside Arena as a refugee; now they’re finally out of exile.
As of last month, the salon is now operating out of 15 Clinton Street, its fifth location in twenty years of overall business.
The salon remains true to its initial mission by offering excellence in service and products delivered in an unpretentious, comfortable atmosphere. Talented staff, headed by owner Joni Johnson, provide a full range of salon services seven days a week!
However, the compromise inherent with this change of venue is the apparent loss of spa services.
Kropps and Bobbers has been pinballing around the downtown scene since 1994, when the first incarnation popped up on Jones Street. Founder Joni Johnson would later move the salon to the environs of Hell Square.
