Richies on Delancey Carves Out Tiny Store Space for New Tenant

Richies, that longstanding budget urban outfitter at 122 Delancey, underwent a slight cosmetic change within the last few weeks. Apparently the building owner decided to carve out a thin slice of store real estate to create a new retail footprint. Mo’ money.
This division created a space that can’t be much more than 100 square-feet or thereabouts. Seems like a perfect fit for another boutique … or storefront psychic. We were unable to confirm the rent as of publication, but it can’t be cheap. Just look around…
Meanwhile, a sign in the windows advertises the space for rent.
