Lady of Grand’s Pick: Subject’s Gin + Lavender Tonic

Subject’s Suffolk Street drinking den is still under the radar for many people in the neighborhood. Their Gin + Lavender tonic made with Damrak Amsterdam Gin, Lime, and housemade Lavender tonic is one of those drinks I will be sipping now that it’s spring time. Every bitter, infusion, tincture, and tonic is made there without the pretension of a mixology bar. I also recommend the beer and shot combinations that are elevated way above my college Jager and Bud program.
