People Are Now Flying Kites from the Bowery Rooftops

No, that’s not errant garbage flying in the Bowery sky. Nor is it Superman.
Some dude spent Sunday evening flying a kite on the beautiful, postcard-worthy tar beach at 200 Bowery. Presumably a condo owner in the building. Most plebs pedestrians down below were oblivious to the sight, while the homeless hanging outside the Bowery Mission were pointing and laughing.
