Nick Kuszyk Paints ‘Robot Art’ on Rag & Bone’s Wall

With the Bowery graffiti wall boarded up and out of commission for the foreseeable future, Rag & Bone across the way certainly benefits. Its own curated canvas on the Elizabeth Street facade now stands alone in this space. Temporarily.
And a new mural…
Nick Kuszyk swooped in this week to erase and replace Boy Kong’s short-lived dragon mural with something equally colorful. Plus, the hoity-toity boutique now announces artist names in the windows. This latest “robot art” trumps its predecessor, but it’s honestly reminiscent of something from the animation cels of Futurama.
Kuszyk maintains studio headquarters in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
