Two contemporary Lower East Side institutions recently joined forces to create a delectable deck.
The Meatball Shop teamed up with SHUT Skateboards to create a new limited edition model. The aptly-named “grinder” deck features an image of just that. “One of the iconic grinders that hangs on the walls at all TMS locations.” Imagery on the TMS X SHUT board is painted by artist Steve Ellis.
The new equipment debuted on Sunday with a launch party at the flagship store on Orchard Street. Swing by now to pick one up, if you so desire.
