Apparently the best way to get the couch downstairs is out the window. No need to hire a crew for the back-breaking work. Seriously. As this flyer attests, someone pushed a sofa out the sixth floor window on West 4th Street a couple weeks ago. Neighbors are on the case…
The police were unable to arrest the man who did this, because no witnesses have come forward who actually saw him push the sofa out the window.
…Someone could have been killed or maimed. Who knows what he may do next.
Duh, dun!!!
Detective Massi at the 6th Precinct are reportedly on the case. If you see something, say something … or get flattened by a sofa.
