Los Feliz Reopens After Being Raided by the 7th Precinct Last Week

Los Feliz is back open on Ludlow Street.
The 7th Precinct raided Rob Shamlian’s four-year-old establishment last week on a “nuisance and abatement” bust. Some are speculating it’s underage serving. This full-court police press arrived on a rather quiet Thursday evening.
It remained closed in the interim. But shielded itself from the proverbial egg on its face by masking the “court order” notice with newspaper clippings on its vestibule.
Rob Shamlian – a marked man in these parts – is desperately trying to ditch his last Lower East Side holdings. As previously reported, Sarid Drory (Artisanal) and Alon Moskovitch (Mezetto) are together angling to purchase both Los Feliz and Spitzers Corner. That plan is to impart high-end makeovers to the establishments.
