This Man Allegedly Stole 2 Bikes Outside Joe’s Public Theater [VIDEO]

Apparently, Joe’s Public Theater on Lafayette Street is a popular target for bike thieves. One Boogie reader tells us his bike was stolen on Saturday evening at around 8pm, before sundown, and “pedestrians were all around.”
In a stroke of coincidence, a security guard for the theater was reportedly in a car nearby and saw it all go down. The following video shows the perp ride away with his plunder.
We hear that another bike was stolen from this exact spot the night before.
