Now’s Your Chance to be an Extra in the Scorsese-Jagger HBO Music Series

HBO is currently in production on a new music-oriented series from Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger. The unnamed show is not even out yet and already garnering accolades and critical acclaim. It’s about a music executive navigating the glorified, though changing, scene of the 1970s.
Boardwalk Empire creator Terrence Winter is also attached to the project and will act as showrunner.
Meantime, the production is seeking male and female extras who have long hair and/or afros to portray “VIP industry guests” at a private concert.

NON UNION Men & Women, 20s- late 40s age range, with 1970s look/ hair to portray VIP INDUSTRY GUESTS AT A PRIVATE PARTY/ CONCERT
Shoots Friday, July 24th. Wardrobe fittings – Monday 7/20 & Tuesday 7/21.
Show is set in 1973 – No women with obvious hair streaks or crazy colors. Caucasian Men must have medium length, long, shaggy hair. Hair must go over ears, NO SHORT HAIR!!! African American Men can have afros, dreads or be willing to wear an afro wig. African American Women can have afros or presses (no extensions or braids).
There will be atmospheric smoke & some people will be asked to smoke herbal cigarettes in the scene.
