Earlier this month, we revealed that a new fast-casual eatery called Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot is slated to open on the Lower East Side. It’s replacing an old computer repair (and cosmetics) shop at 105 Bowery. Build-out is advancing at quite a clip; three weeks later, signage is in place and the dining room nearly complete.
A spokesperson from corporate relays word that the chain should open sometime in February.
Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot is an international chain with locations in eight states (Texas, California, New Jersey, et al), China, Japan, and Canada. 105 Bowery is their flagship Manhattan location. There is already a new outpost on 37th Avenue in Flushing, which opened last spring.
